Digital Era Outreach Recap

VIM Magazine promotes daily on their social media, but some MSU students do not think that is enough.
"I think that VIM shouldn't just promote on their social networks, but they should have other people or orgs promote them as well," sophomore SaNiesha King said.
As a magazine it is important for them to give their audience what they want which is more involvement on campus. VIM promotes regularly, but not everyone knows the faces behind this magazine.
Some students do not know about VIM magazine, which gives VIM another reason to get more involved on campus.
VIM has a lot in store for their audience with one issue coming up this winter and another one next spring. Besides using social medial to promote themselves, we'll have to see what else they will do next.

Digital Era Outreach

Michigan State University's on campus magazine called VIM Magazine has entered into a digital era where they must use social media as a main outlet to promote themselves.
VIM has Twitter, Instagram and Facebook which is a way to promote their magazine to students across campus.
Aside from having social networks, VIM also has an online website where they post regularly. They only publish their magazine once in the fall semester and once in the spring semester every other year.
Even though VIM is using social to promote their magazine, there needs to be more involvement on campus so their amount of followers will grow.

Awaiting Next Week

Once again, SaNiesha King and her friends had a great time during Empire. They are excited to see what will happen on next week's episode. King goes back to campus and enjoys a meal at Brody then heads home to enjoy the rest of her night. Next week they will watch again to see who will run the empire.

Who Will Run the Empire?

Watching Empire every Wednesday at 9p.m. in hope to see who will run it next is a weekly activity for SaNiesha King and her friends. King leaves campus to visit her friends in Chandler just to watch Empire. Last year when all of her friends lived on campus, they would meet up in Holmes theatre to watch it, but now things are different. Each Wednesday they anticipate on the drama yet to come.
